Refund and Returns Policy

1.     If you want to return any items please contact St John Healthcare at shop@stjohn.gg or call 01481 729268

2.     All items must be returned within 30 days of the despatch note. 

3.     Please send all returns to:

Goods will only be accepted if they are returned in their original and appropriate packaging with all parts included (where applicable). It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods remain in satisfactory condition and to return them at your own expense. We will only be responsible for costs of returns if the product is faulty, damaged or if you received the incorrect product.

Please note- We will not accept any returns for TENA products if there are any tears or rips on the packaging.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of despatch back to us, whichever is the earliest. If there was a fee for delivery, the refund will include standard delivery as well as price paid for the goods.
